- The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning and evolving key products
- and capabilities within the HomeServices Technology Platform. This role operates
- with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence, partnering closely with
- engineering, design, data, business stakeholders, and leadership to define
- outcomes, drive execution, and deliver meaningful customer and business impact.
- As a senior individual contributor, this role goes beyond feature execution to
- include product strategy formation, roadmap ownership, cross‑functional
- leadership, and measurable business results. The Senior Product Manager serves
- as a subject‑matter expert for their product area and is accountable for
- long‑term product success.

- Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the product vision and strategy for assigned platforms, domains, or
customer journeys in alignment with company objectives.
- Translate high‑level business goals into a clear, outcome‑driven product
roadmap with defined success metrics.
- Evaluate tradeoffs and make product decisions that balance customer
experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Proactively identify opportunities to scale, modernize, or optimize platform
capabilities.
- Product Management & Execution
- Lead end‑to‑end product development, from discovery and prioritization
through delivery and post‑launch optimization.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog; write high‑quality epics, user
stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure timely delivery of
high‑impact, high‑quality solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies; remove blockers and ensure teams
are aligned on goals and outcomes.
- Track and analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative
data; drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze user funnels, experiment with optimizations, and leverage A/B testing
to improve conversion and engagement.
- Customer & Market Focus
- Champion the voice of the customer through direct research, stakeholder
feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
- Lead discovery activities to uncover unmet needs and validate solutions
before development.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to
inform product direction.
- Apply customer insights to balance near‑term needs with long‑term strategic
investments.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations on priorities,
timelines, and expectations.
- Influence without authority by building trust, articulating clear rationale,
and facilitating decision‑
- Partner with vendor and third‑party providers to define requirements, support
- implementation, and resolve escalations.
- Communication & Storytelling
- Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, status, risks, and outcomes to
senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise product documentation to ensure
- transparency and alignment across teams. Present product insights,
- performance metrics, and recommendations in a compelling, data‑driven manner.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex
digital products.
- Proven experience running A/B tests, experiments, or data‑driven optimization
programs.
- Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely,
Google Analytics, FullStory, etc).
- Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies, user
interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction‑based software
preferred.
- Experience in prototyping, experimentation frameworks, and evidence‑based
decision‑making strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills, including
presenting to leadership.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a
fast‑moving environment.
- Deep familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma preferred).
- Wage: $112,000 - $151,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and
- experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
