As we continue to grow and innovate, we're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our products and solutions.
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and success of assigned product lines throughout their lifecycle. This position works closely with customers, channel partners, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to translate market needs into product solutions that deliver value to both customers and the business. You'll help guide roadmap execution, support new product development, drive portfolio decisions, and contribute to the long-term success of our product strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer insights, technical understanding, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to bring innovative products to market.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
Gather product ideas and VOC feedback from employees, customers and channel partners to inform the roadmap
Analyze sales, market, competitive data, and pricing benchmarks to summarize insights and recommendations
Translate product strategy into detailed design and function requirements for engineering and maintain documentation as products evolve
Lead project planning, meeting facilitation, milestone tracking, risk management and stakeholder communication
Own pricing decisions, SKU rationalization and portfolio reviews to improve performance and profitability
Review Engineering Change Orders for commercial readiness and track product quality and delivery issues through resolution
Develop and maintain third-party suppliers including OEM, ODM, white-label partners
Lead product training, marketing collateral and sales tools for internal teams, distributors and customers
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, Product Design or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in B2B product management, product marketing, applications engineering or related technical role
Solid understanding of the AV market and industry trends
Experience working with products that combine mechanical, electrical and software components
Demonstrated success managing the full product development lifecycle, including Stage-Gate methodologies and project coordination best practices such as plan development, milestone tracking and stakeholder reporting
- Experience gathering customer needs and translating them into product requirements
- Experience with Stage-Gate or similar product development processes
