About the role
You'll own the product strategy for the teams building the internal platforms that power our global manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This role sits at the intersection of software, physical operations, and hardware — your work will shape how thousands of operators, technicians, inventory specialists, and managers move, decide, and act on the facility floor every day, at global scale.
This role goes beyond traditional product management. You'll build a deep understanding of our production environments — how our tools interact with equipment and workflows, and how digital systems translate into real operational outcomes. A core part of the job is bridging merchant and end-customer needs with internal operations: solving problems for the people we serve by improving and automating the processes behind the scenes.
You'll help build smarter, more automated production systems — shaping how we use data, automation, and hardware (scanners, printers, and more) to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
This is a senior leadership role. You'll take ownership of complex domains, drive strategy and roadmaps across one or more teams, and set a high bar for how product work gets done.
If you're energized by the complexity of manufacturing and logistics environments — and get a quiet thrill from seeing a process you designed actually work in the physical world — we want to hear from you.
What you'll bring
Experience building internal platforms (ERP, OMS, WMS, or similar) in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments
Experience with hardware-integrated solutions — scanners, printers, IoT, or automation equipment
A strong understanding of how software interacts with physical processes: production lines, inventory flows, workforce operations
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, and the ability to apply them to drive real operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
An ability to think about UX beyond the screen — considering the full physical user journey in high-pressure environments like production facilities and warehouses
A willingness to get close to the work: shadowing operators and validating solutions directly in production environments
Comfort working in environments where success depends as much on system design as on real-world adoption
Willingness and ability to travel to production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico
