- As a Product Manager, Payments and Retail Expansion, you will work at the
- intersection of media and technology, introducing Audible's unique value
- proposition and immersive storytelling to new customers around the world. You
- will focus relentlessly on customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional
- teams to launch product features that will surprise and delight our customers
- and drive Audible customer growth.

As a Product Manager, Payments and Retail Expansion, you will...
- Contribute to product roadmaps and execute features that enhance Audible's
user experience and drive Audible customer growth
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments using statistical rigor to maximize
customer and business value
- Prioritize backlogs, accelerate team workflows, and remove blockers to
optimize feature development
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to
deliver outcomes for new customers
- Have some familiarity with payments and growth

- Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above
- 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management,
including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions
and strategy related to a product
- Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers
- and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred
- Qualifications: - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau,
Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in payments, retail, or e-commerce product development
- Experience building and optimizing advertising capabilities
- Experience leveraging agentic AI tools for product development, such as
AI-driven prototyping, code generation, or product experimentation

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
- will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
- compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
- qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits
