Commercial Product Manager

• Product Manager to join our winning sales team! Raymond West provides the best

• Commercial Product Manager for Commercial Burden Carriers shall have the
• responsibility for all customers and prospects within a defined area. Limited
• overnight travel may be necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source and provide the best solutions for new and existing customers.
• Strive for professionalism, observing and complying with all Company

regulations and policies.

• Represent the Company loyally, faithfully, with honesty and integrity.
• Sell the products and services within established Company prices and

policies.

• Maintain accurate and current customer profiles on all accounts.
• This position will maintain an accurate database for each account in their

territory.

• Ability to produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profit for the

Company.

• It is expected that performance and results will improve year over year.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and

maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of

organization.

• Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees,

Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.

• Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to

assume more responsibility as required.

• Qualified candidates must have at least 2-year prior Sales experience
• Heavy driving is required as well as towing a trailer.
• This position requires excellent customer service and an aptitude for

analyzing and solving problems.

• Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.

Education/Experience

• Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; or two years related experience and/or

training.

Travel Requirement

• 20% (8 hours a week)
• Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.

Pay Range

• The salary range for this position is $60,000 with an additional commission

• and bonus structure. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be
• influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the
• candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.

• Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug
• screen.
