What you'll do
Manage relationships with multiple large multi-shop operator accounts at once as their trusted product partner
Coordinate and negotiate across Sales, Support, Implementation, Engineering, and User Experience to balance customer needs with business priorities
Turn customer insight, market research, and data into a clear product roadmap and well-defined user stories
Shape marketplace capabilities across catalog, pricing, search, and transaction workflows
Explore artificial intelligence opportunities like automated matching, dynamic pricing, and predictive analytics
Track the metrics that matter, such as adoption, conversion, retention, and gross merchandise value, and lead go-to-market for new initiatives
What you bring
- 5+ years of enterprise business-to-business software product management
- Proven success managing several large enterprise accounts at the same time
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead without direct authority
Experience with ecommerce or marketplace products
Technical fluency to weigh application programming interfaces, integrations, and architecture tradeoffs with Engineering
- Comfort with Agile practices and hands-on use of artificial intelligence tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Bonus points
Automotive industry experience (highly preferred), especially in collision repair or parts procurement
Experience presenting strategy to executive leadership
Experience mentoring other product managers
The details
Travel up to 20% (about 1–2 days per month) to meet customers where they work.
