Kettle designs digital products with soul, for some of the most ambitious consumer brands in the world. Our work lives at the intersection of product thinking and brand storytelling; products that are just as considered in feeling as they are in function.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to join our Product team. This is a builder role. You'll work on a cross-functional team of creative technologists and product designers, working on the tools, workflows, and accelerators that expand what Kettle and our clients can make. You'll contribute to both sides of that work: owning the PM workstreams that give these projects shape and momentum, and getting hands-on when the work calls for it, whether that's vibe coding a prototype, testing a new model capability, or helping a client team understand what's possible.
Candidates should have
Experience in product management in an agency, startup, or product environment, with a track record of contributing to AI-powered features, tools, or workflow systems
The ability to own PM fundamentals on fast-moving workstreams: requirements definition, roadmap contribution, sprint planning, prioritization, and clear documentation that keeps a team aligned
Hands-on experience building or prototyping with AI tools, whether vibe coding functional demos, prompting and chaining AI APIs, or rapidly exploring new model capabilities to stress-test an idea before it becomes a project
Fluency across the generative AI landscape, with a strong instinct for what's newly possible and what's worth building
Experience working in hybrid contexts, contributing to both internal and client project tooling, and adapting your communication style accordingly
Strong communication skills: you can represent a technical workstream clearly to a client, and translate a client need into a concrete build direction for a technical team
Nice to have
Experience working alongside or within a cross-functional product team, including creative technology and engineering partners
Experience contributing to AI-focused client conversations or discovery work, helping translate emerging capabilities into something a client team can understand and react to
We’d like to know that you can
You are able to articulate a clear path forward in an ambiguous space, turning an open-ended brief or emerging capability into a defined workstream with clear priorities and next steps
Get hands-on with prototyping and experimentation, contributing to the work itself rather than just coordinating it
Partner closely with creative technologists and product designers, operating as a peer contributor
Bring the client along: translating what the team is building into something a stakeholder can understand, react to, and build on
Manage the backlog and sprint cadence on AI tool workstreams, keeping momentum without over-engineering the process
Adapt across engagement types, from rapid internal experiments to more structured client delivery
The target range of base compensation for this role is $120,000–$150,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
