  • As a Sales Operations Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and
  • optimize sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • across the sales organization.
  • You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director, and you’ll work out
  • of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule (at least three days per
  • week in office).
  • In this role, you will impact the sales team's ability to meet targets by
  • streamlining operations, improving data accuracy, and enabling better
  • decision-making through insightful analytics and process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and improve sales operations processes to support sales teams

effectively

  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and support strategic

decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize

sales workflows

  • Implement and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to enhance productivity
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for

leadership

  • Identify and resolve operational issues impacting sales effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS

  • YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in sales operations or related roles with a strong

understanding of sales processes and metrics

  • Expertise in CRM systems and sales analytics tools to drive data-driven

decision-making

  • Strong skills in process optimization and workflow management to enhance

sales efficiency

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable

business insights

  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting

tools
