The Business Operations Manager will lead the strategic management of the F100 program budget. This role will require collaboration with various teams to ensure budget financial accuracy.

What You Will Do

Manage annual Engineering Assistance to Production Services (EAPS) and Post-Production Support (PPS) budgets and coordinate with CIPTs to ensure proper support for F100 production.

Manage budgeting processes, conduct forecasting and variance analysis, and communicate risks and opportunities based on financial trends.

Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to track project performance and identify cost or schedule variances.

Drive integration across managed programs, Contracts, Military Engine Finance, Pricing, Business Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE) and Engineering

Accountable for managing and reporting on all facets of manpower planning, and strategic sourcing

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

8 years of program and financial management experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of program and financial management experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program business operations experience
  • SAP experience

Experience with Earned Value Management

Familiarity with EAPS and PPS budget elements and management

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
