Revizto is looking for a hands-on and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen commercial execution across the Americas. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role will own the regional enablement and change agenda while also acting as a key Revenue Operations partner to the Americas commercial organization.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Industry Consulting leaders to improve how teams operate, from onboarding, training and adoption of new processes to forecasting, pipeline management, Deal Desk, territory and quota governance, Salesforce execution and regional reporting. This is a highly exciting role for someone who combines strong commercial judgment with the ability to turn global GTM strategy into effective day-to-day execution across the region. Revenue Operations (60-70%)
- Data-First Operating Approach: Manage performance through numbers; comfortable pulling, structuring, and interpreting data to diagnose issues, tell the story behind the metrics, and guide how the region operates day-to-day.
- Forecast & Pipeline Operations: Own the weekly forecast cadence, pipeline hygiene, and coverage reporting for the Americas region, surfacing risks and opportunities to regional and global leadership.
- Deal Desk & Commercial Execution: Serve as the regional Deal Desk operator; guiding reps on selling processes, reviewing non-standard deals, enforcing closing guidelines, and ensuring commercial integrity in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
- Global RevOps Team Contribution: Share ideas and co-develop initiatives with your EMEA and APAC RevOps counterparts, contributing to the global agenda and ensuring consistency across regions.
- Full-Funnel Operations: Operate as a true full-funnel RevOps partner across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations in the Americas, ensuring clean handoffs, consistent definitions, and aligned metrics.
- Salesforce & Tooling Execution: Own Americas data quality and operate directly in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and adjacent tools; building reports, configuring workflows, and solving regional problems hands-on, in partnership with the global Revenue Systems Manager.
- Quadrant, Territory & Quota Governance: Operationalise the quadrant-based segmentation model and administer territory design, quota allocation, and capacity planning for the Americas.
- Regional Reporting & Operating Rhythm: Build and run the Americas Monthly Business Review pack and produce weekly dashboards that translate regional commercial activity into clear, executive-ready narratives.
Regional Enablement & Change Manager (30-40%)
- Own the regional enablement and change agenda for the Americas in close coordination with the Revenue Enablement Managers in EMEA and APAC. This includes translating global processes and commercial initiatives into effective regional onboarding, training, learning content, certifications, reinforcement programs, and manager enablement where relevant.
- Drive adoption beyond initial communication and training by establishing structured follow-up, measuring behavioural change and usage, identifying capability gaps, and continuously improving enablement based on regional needs and performance data.
- Located in the US within CT, FL, GA, MA, NY, PA, SC, or VA
- 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations supporting a regional or global commercial org, with hands-on experience across at least two of: Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success Operations.
- Proven track record running forecast cadence, pipeline operations, and deal desk for a multi-segment sales team.
- Demonstrated hands-on Revenue Enablement experience across a regional commercial organization, including onboarding, training, learning content, certifications, reinforcement, and driving sustained adoption of new processes and tools.
- Strong Salesforce operator; comfortable building reports and dashboards, configuring list views and validation rules, running data updates, and troubleshooting directly.
- Working fluency in adjacent commercial tools; HubSpot, Gong, Clari, Clay and BI systems/tools
- Extremely familiar with AI tools. Should be leveraging GPT/Claude/Gemini for most tasks to move 3x faster
- Expert in Excel/Sheets and comfortable structuring data and building defensible models.
- Familiarity with SaaS commercial metrics : ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales velocity, quota attainment, MQL/SQL conversion.
- Strong communication skills: able to deliver direct, evidence-backed insights to leadership and coach and influence frontline reps.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and pragmatic; you optimize for clarity, accuracy, and execution over theory.
- Comfortable operating in a PE-backed, high-growth environment with evolving processes and high expectations.
- Awarded Best Managed Company in Switzerland by Deloitte in 2024, 2025 and 2026
- Bi-Annual Company Wide Trips (2023 Armenia, 2025 Switzerland, 2027 Portugal and more to come!)
- Remote Work (ready to travel to Lausanne office regularly to visit the team)
- High Flexibility
- Employee-Focused Culture
- Innovative and Collaborative Team
- Great Working Conditions
