Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned real estate clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consultative service. Client Management & Consulting

Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned real estate clients.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consultative service.

  • Understand clients' operations, business objectives, and risk management strategies.
  • Identify coverage gaps, emerging exposures, and opportunities for program improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining responsiveness and professionalism.

Marketing & Renewal Management

Develop and execute marketing strategies for new and renewal business.

Coordinate all phases of the renewal process, including exposure gathering, market submission preparation, carrier negotiations, proposal development, and binding of coverage.

  • Analyze coverage options and prepare recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate competitive terms, conditions, pricing, and coverage enhancements with carriers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and wholesale markets.

Insurance Program Administration

  • Review policies, endorsements, and coverage documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee policy issuance, renewal processing, and documentation activities.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely completion of service deliverables.
  • Prepare and present renewal strategies, market updates, and stewardship reports.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate the activities of Account Managers, Account Administrators, and other account team members.

  • Provide technical guidance and direction on client accounts.
  • Review work product to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Other Responsibilities

Remain knowledgeable regarding market conditions, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry.

  • Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5-8 years of commercial insurance brokerage experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience servicing and marketing commercial Property & Casualty accounts.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex middle-market or large commercial accounts.
  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Industry designation such as CIC, CISR, ARM, or CPCU preferred.
