About AgentDynamics

AgentDynamics is building AI agents for automotive retail across sales and service.

We launched our first AI voice product with a single dealership a year ago. Since then, we’ve expanded to single-point dealerships and dealer groups representing 5 to 25+ stores across multiple U.S. markets.

AgentDynamics integrates with leading automotive CRM and DMS platforms, embedding our AI directly into the systems dealerships already use to run their businesses. Our products now operate across both variable and fixed operations, automating workflows across the customer lifecycle and helping dealerships capture opportunities that would otherwise be missed.

We believe AI will become a core operating layer for automotive retail. We’re building AgentDynamics to be that layer.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Regional Account Executive to own and grow AgentDynamics’ presence across Texas.

This is a full-cycle, territory-based sales role. You’ll identify priority dealerships and dealer groups, reach the right decision-makers, build relationships, run discovery, demonstrate AgentDynamics, manage follow-up, negotiate, and close.

You’ll build your own pipeline, spend meaningful time in the field with dealers, expand our presence within the Texas automotive market, and help shape how AgentDynamics grows across the territory.

What You’ll Do

Own the Texas territory: Develop and execute a territory strategy across Texas, identifying priority dealerships, dealer groups, and market opportunities

Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, run discovery, demo AgentDynamics, negotiate, and close new dealership customers

Build your pipeline: Generate opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, introductions, dealership visits, and automotive industry events

Build dealer relationships: Develop credibility with Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, BDC leaders, Marketing Directors, Service Directors, and other dealership stakeholders

Sell in the field: Spend meaningful time visiting dealerships and dealer groups across Texas to build relationships, understand their operations, and create momentum

Own your pipeline: Map decision-makers, maintain disciplined follow-up, and keep HubSpot accurate with clear next steps

Sell to business outcomes: Understand how each dealership manages leads, follow-up, appointments, customer communications, and service opportunities, and connect AgentDynamics to measurable results

Expand dealer relationships: Turn successful individual rooftop deployments into larger dealer-group relationships and expand AgentDynamics across sales and service

Help sharpen the playbook: Bring insights from the Texas market back to the broader team to improve messaging, discovery, demos, objection handling, and field-sales strategy

Must Have

Proven Sales Execution: 3+ years of B2B sales experience with meaningful ownership of the sales cycle and a demonstrated ability to close new business

Pipeline Generation: Track record of generating your own opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationships, referrals, and other channels

Quota Performance: Experience working against revenue targets with a track record of achieving or exceeding quota

Strong Sales Fundamentals: Excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, objection handling, follow-up, and closing skills

Executive Communication: Ability to confidently communicate with business owners, executives, and other senior decision-makers

Relationship Builder: Ability to develop trusted relationships and navigate relationship-driven sales cycles

Operational Discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, pipeline management, organization, and follow-through

High Ownership: Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to operate effectively with significant autonomy

Field Mindset: Willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas, visit dealerships, attend automotive industry events, and build relationships in person

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling technology or services to automotive dealerships
  • Existing relationships with Texas dealerships or dealer groups

Familiarity with dealer technology ecosystems, including CRM, DMS, BDC, digital retail, communications, fixed operations, or service technology

Track record selling to dealership decision-makers, including Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, BDC leaders, or Fixed Operations leaders

Exposure to multi-rooftop dealer groups

Early-stage B2B SaaS experience
