Job Description

The territory for this is Long Island New York 5 Boroughs, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and a part of Delaware. It would be best for someone who lives in New York, Long Island as that is where most of the current customers are right now.

The Strategic Account Executive is a key commercial leader responsible for expanding Quadient’s footprint across its highest‑value, multi‑site, and strategically critical customer portfolios within the US healthcare market. This role drives enterprise‑level engagement by partnering with executive stakeholders, national decision‑makers, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) to influence large‑scale procurement strategies and secure long‑term commercial alignment.

As a trusted strategic advisor, the Strategic Account Executive develops and executes sophisticated account strategies that promote adoption of Quadient’s full suite of solutions across distributed operational environments, complex production ecosystems, and nationwide customer networks. The role leads high‑impact negotiations, aligns internal teams around shared objectives, and ensures consistent, measurable value delivery across all customer locations—accelerating account expansion, standardization, and sustained multi‑year revenue growth.

Your role in our future

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, ensuring exceptional service and solution delivery.

Conduct regular account reviews to identify gaps, assess performance, and align on strategic priorities.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and deepen client engagement.

Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand Quadient’s footprint within assigned national accounts.

Proactively pursue new revenue streams within existing accounts to maximize growth.

Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Product Development, and other teams to ensure cohesive sales execution.

  • Leverage internal partnerships and resources to solve client challenges effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to identify operational gaps.

Design and deliver customized solutions that align with client objectives and Quadient offerings.

Lead contract negotiations, securing agreements that prioritize client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Structure contracts to support growth while maintaining compliance and financial goals.

Monitor account performance and maintain accurate reporting on revenue, customer satisfaction, and strategic initiatives.

Provide leadership with updates on account progress, insights, and recommendations for broader organizational strategy.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience managing large, complex customer accounts.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and deliver impactful business solutions.

Experience in contract negotiation, cross-sell strategy, and revenue growth within matrixed organizations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience selling into the US Healthcare market

  • Strong strategic mindset with ability to identify and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Analytical skills to leverage data for informed business decisions.
  • Effective collaboration skills in complex organizational structures.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Ability to travel as required to manage national accounts.

Base salary + uncapped commissions (estimated OTE=$170k)

Additional compensation: monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend.
