Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads to sales opportunities using structured

engagement strategies.

  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their evolving

needs and aligning them with Kinedyne’s solutions.

  • Conduct product education and training for customer sales teams to enhance

product knowledge and drive sales

  • Adhere to documented sales procedures and contribute to the effectiveness of

the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM systems to ensure traceability

and data integrity.

  • Support internal audits and corrective actions related to customer

satisfaction and sales processes.

  • Partner with Marketing, Outside Sales, and Customer Service to ensure seamless

customer experience.

  • Provide feedback on customer needs, product performance, and market trends to

support continual improvement.

  • Identify risks and opportunities in the sales process and escalate issues that

may impact on customer satisfaction or product conformity.

  • Participate in management reviews and contribute to the achievement of quality

and sales objectives.

  • Represent Kinedyne at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to

promote brand awareness and gather market intelligence.

  • Initiate corrective actions related to customer complaints or nonconformities.
  • Recommend changes to sales processes or documentation to improve quality and

efficiency.

  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Inside Sales Manager or Quality

Representative.

Authorities

  • Approve and issue quotations within defined pricing thresholds.
  • Negotiate standard terms and conditions with customers in accordance with

company policy.

Minimum Qualification/Education Requirements

  • Post-high school education such as an associate degree or Certifications in

Professional Sales.

Or BA/BS University degree with concentration in Business or Marketing.

  • Minimum of 24 months of demonstrated proficiency in a sales capacity, either

within an indoor office setting or in direct client-facing roles.

Minimum Skills Requirements

  • Competent keyboarding skills. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams,

Outlook, and LinkedIn. D365 knowledge preferred.

  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as

Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Proficiency in mathematics to calculate margins, pricing, and profits.

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • A combination of years of experience, advanced education, and

function-specific training and experience

may be considered in lieu of the minimum experience requirements.
