Account Executive

Pro Signs is a full-service sign manufacturer headquartered in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. We design, manufacture, install, and maintain signage for petroleum marketers, fuel retailers, restaurants, and other multi-location businesses. Our integrated capabilities help customers manage signage and branding projects from initial concept through installation and ongoing maintenance.

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand our presence in the petroleum market. The ideal

knows how to develop long-term relationships with key decision makers.

Position Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business, expanding existing relationships, and driving profitable revenue growth. The role leads customer relationships throughout the sales process and partners with company leadership, Project Management, Engineering, Production, and Operations to move opportunities from initial discovery through successful project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers solve branding, image, and signage challenges

This is a full-time, hybrid position. The on-site expectation will be once per month.

Working hours: Monday through Friday, Eastern Time Zone, Flexible between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts while expanding opportunities within those relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal Project Management, Engineering, Production, and Executive teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service.
  • Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events as needed.
  • Participate in scheduled sales and company meetings.
  • Adjust sales and marketing strategies in response to customer needs and market conditions.

Local travel may be required for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Candidates should be comfortable traveling as needed to support business development and customer relationships. Overnight travel expectation limited to once or twice per year.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales and account management.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results driven.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships within the petroleum, finance, banking, or convenience store market.
  • Experience selling signage, branding, construction-related services, or facilities solutions.
  • Experience managing large customer accounts and long sales cycles.
  • Experience with Kimco or Trello is a plus.

Performance Expectations

Account Executives are assigned annual goals and performance objectives established by company leadership. Once fully established in the role, Account Executives are expected to maintain meaningful business development activity, grow customer relationships, and contribute to annual revenue goals through both recurring customer programs and project-based work.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, filing, and handling office documents.

  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or carry office materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
