Qualifications and Experience

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical or

diagnostics industry.

  • Relationship Building: Strong abilities in building and maintaining

relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for

effective sales presentations and negotiations.

  • Analytical Abilities: Capability to analyze market trends, identify

opportunities, and devise sales strategies.

  • Result-Oriented: Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing

sales targets.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver

exceptional service to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the

assigned region.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating leads and

converting them into accounts.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high

satisfaction and retention levels.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand and

communicate product features and benefits.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and

potential market shifts.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to

potential clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with

organizational objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts as

required.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in the market landscape, adapting

sales strategies accordingly.
