- Bedrock Landscaping is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Account Manager
- to manage client relationships, oversee landscape maintenance services, and
- ensure our customers receive exceptional service. This position serves as the
- primary point of contact for assigned accounts and works closely with field
- operations to ensure quality, address concerns, and identify opportunities for
- additional services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned commercial landscape
clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, requests,
concerns, and service needs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure landscaping meets Bedrock
standards and client expectations.
- Communicate service expectations, property needs, and corrective actions to
field supervisors and crews.
- Follow up with customers regarding service quality and resolve concerns in a
timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements, improvements, seasonal services,
irrigation repairs, and additional landscaping services.
- Prepare proposals and estimates for enhancement and additional service
opportunities.
- Monitor approved enhancement projects and coordinate with operations to
ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Participate in client meetings and property walks as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications, property needs,
proposals, and follow-up items.
- Assist with account renewals and client retention efforts.
- Monitor account performance and work with management to address service,
labor, or profitability concerns.
- Coordinate with operations, irrigation, enhancements, and other departments
to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Respond promptly to urgent customer or property concerns.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Bedrock Landscaping
positively with customers and property management teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous account management, customer service, landscaping, property
management, or related experience preferred.
- Commercial landscaping experience strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify landscape maintenance and enhancement needs.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage
multiple accounts and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, field employees, supervisors, and
management.
- Comfortable visiting customer properties and working outdoors as needed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software and systems.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
