Account Manager

We're seeking a driven, competitive, and customer-focused professional to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients find the right solutions while working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities and follow-ups.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Guide clients through the bond application process.
  • Answer questions and provide outstanding customer support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Develop expertise in specialized surety bond products.

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $24+ depending on experience.
  • First-year earning potential: $57,000 to $59,500
  • 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday
