You will report directly to our Director Sales and you’ll work out of our Mason,

OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

  • In this role, you will impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the
  • overall success of the company by managing and growing key accounts, identifying
  • new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. Must be a U.S.
  • Citizen due to contractual requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of

contact for customer relationships

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and

achieve sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding

their business needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate

with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective

account management

QUALIFICATIONS

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a

proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and

internal stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
