What You Will Do

Work as part of a dedicated accounting team, in the context of a broader mission program delivery team, to serve as the business infrastructure for a complex priority program

Leverage accounting experience and know-how to ensure program accuracy, compliance, and throughput

Utilize forensic skills to identify, trace, and resolve prior issues and inaccuracies

Work closely with program managers and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and execute initiatives to improve overall program output and quality

Work across organizational boundaries and complex stakeholder networks to generate momentum toward shared program objectives

What You Will Need

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph

Bachelor's degree

FIVE (5) years delivering support preferably in finance or accounting to the Intelligence Community (IC)

What Would Be Nice To Have

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification

Master's degree in a relevant field or discipline

EIGHT (8) years of experience delivering support in a federal financial environment, ideally in accounting operations
