The MDI Practice supports organizations in the development, production, operations and sustainment of aerospace and defense platforms.

As a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Mobility, Defense and advanced Industrials Practice (MDI) as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. The MDI Practice supports organizations in the development, production, operations and sustainment of aerospace and defense platforms.

Who you are

  • In addition, we look for individuals with the following experience or qualities:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience

Hold a master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience

  • Experience working as a Management Consultant preferred.
  • Experience working in or alongside clients in the following industries:
  • Aerospace & Defense
  • Aviation
  • Mobility

Advanced Industrials

Functional expertise in manufacturing and supply chain operations

Active clearance is a plus

Be located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, or Washington D.C.

English fluency

This role requires approximately 50–80%25 travel, based on client and business needs.

Senior Business Analyst base salary - $123,000 - $127,000: However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, office location, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
