Key job responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Global Promotions team to develop ROI models,
  • evaluate offers, and craft compelling financial analyses that inform promotional
  • campaigns.
  • Proactively dive deep to ensure reporting accuracy, audit financial data,

identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement solutions to resolve

finance issues

  • Enhance financial controllership through sophisticated reporting and process

improvements, leading projects to execute on improvement opportunities with

measurable results

  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify and implement strategic

opportunities for optimization, sharing findings and recommendations with

leaders to influence decision-making

  • years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree

and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality

assurance) experience

  • 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses

experience

  • 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis

experience

  • 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve,

automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes

experience

  • Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
  • Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement
  • projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable

results experience

  • MBA, or CPA
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples:

SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle,

SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

  • The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
  • will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
  • compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
