Data Analyst and Report Writer

• The Data Analyst & Report Writer position interprets data and creates reports to
• suit Bennington’s business needs, as well as assists with the migration of
• reports into Power BI. This position requires the ability to solve complex
• problems, effective communication at all levels of the organization, and a
• customer service mindset.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with team to develop reports as defined by business needs
• Assist with conversion of existing reports to Microsoft Power BI
• Analyze data from existing ERP and assist in cleanup process for data

loads

• Cooperate across departments to improve user interaction with existing

reports

• Standardize and document code responsible for generating reports

Qualifications

• SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred, or

equivalent qualification or a combination of job-related education

• 1-2 years of data analytics or report writing preferred
• Familiarity with Business analytics software and data structures.

Power BI, QlikView, and/or MS SQL preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, results-oriented and

self-driven

• Excellent written & verbal communication within team and

cross-functionally

• Highly organized and effective in managing multiple priorities and

deadlines

• Effective negotiation, and problem-solving skills
