As an Executive Assistant reporting to the SVP - Global Head of Data, you'll play a critical role in enabling senior leadership to operate with focus, speed, and clarity across a global, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, travel coordination, and event logistics to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Serve as a trusted liaison between the Global Head of Data and internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners and clients, ensuring timely, professional communication at every touchpoint.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions that drive alignment across cross-functional initiatives.
Welcome and host guests, clients, and partners, in person and virtually, representing the business with professionalism and care.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, while providing backup support to the broader executive assistant team as needed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organization.
Proactive problem-solver who adapts quickly to shifting priorities and thrives in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executive leaders within financial services, fintech, or technology organizations.
- Familiarity with business approval workflows and enterprise systems.
- Experience coordinating across global teams and time zones.
This position is located in New York, NY and offers a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $59,000 - $100,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
