As an Executive Assistant within EA SPORTS, you will support members of the leadership team in their day-to-day operations. Working at the intersection of leadership support and studio operations, you will anticipate needs, ensure seamless execution, and maintain an organized, highly productive environment for the team.

This position is based at our Orlando office with a hybrid work model (expected in-office a minimum of 3 days a week - Tue/Wed/Thurs. Flexibility for up to 5 days and occasional travel as needed)

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars for senior leaders with high attention to detail and shifting priorities across multiple time zones. Follow up on action items.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external partners on behalf of supported leaders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, and logistical support.
  • Plan team events, offsites, and partner meetings, managing end-to-end logistics, catering, setup, and teardown.
  • Provide on-site operational support for studio initiatives and special projects.
  • Support onboarding, vendor coordination, I-Procurement, corporate purchasing card (PCARD) management and software license management.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistant and Production Coordinator team members to drive operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in executive administration, production coordination, workplace operations, or hybrid operational support for senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities, maintain calm control under pressure, and rapidly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable discretion regarding confidential matters.
  • Customer-focused mindset dedicated to creating a high-quality employee and studio experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, collaboration tools (Slack/Teams), Oracle and Chrome RIver expense management systems.
