Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple directors, proactively
resolving conflicts and ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports in compliance with
company guidelines.
- Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and engagement activities that
strengthen team culture and collaboration across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows for
your leaders and their teams. Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or
equivalent
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
- will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
- compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
