Job Details: Job Location: HQ 11S06 - Lawton, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate is a dependable professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and anticipate needs before they arise. This is an on-site position with regular hours of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Some days may require additional hours depending on business needs. Candidates must also be willing to work weekends when needed. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence. Monitor emails and communications and help prioritize incoming requests. Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items. Maintain confidential records and sensitive information. Assist with projects, deadlines, and day-to-day administrative operations. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling and administrative issues. Support special projects and other duties as needed. Perform occasional errands, business-related tasks, or travel as requested. Qualifications: Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 + years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role preferred. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Must be willing to work weekends when needed. Must be available to work on-site. Must have a valid driver's license. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling when business needs require additional hours. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a desk or computer for extended periods. Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move around the office as needed. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move office supplies, files, equipment, or other items weighing up to approximately 25+ pounds. Ability to maintain visual and auditory attention while performing computer-based and administrative tasks. Ability to travel between office locations or attend meetings and events as required.
