- Amazon & MGM Studios are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Executive
- Assistant to support the Head of Film. The individual in this role will be
- detail orientated, have solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet
- tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. The ideal
- candidate will have industry EA experience, understand business priorities,
- demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and manage scheduling very complex
- calendar.
- The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks
- quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations
- that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to
- know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven
- history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal
- candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful and a creative problem solver.
- This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling
- confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
- As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share
- workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is
- essential.

Key job responsibilities
- Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively
identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Phone calls and messaging
- Help plan domestic & international travel itineraries and process expenses
- Event organization and group communications
- Administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting
preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders
- Track and drive to completion key deliverables and follow up on outstanding
items
- Meeting and greeting internal and external guests
Preferred qualifications
- Entertainment industry experience
- Attention to detail
- Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Motivation and ability to take initiative with little direction
- Ability to maintain composure and task switch efficiently in a rapidly
changing environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, team orientated philosophy and problem-solving skills
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- Ability to communicate in an effective and friendly manner with a variety of
- groups such as senior management, peers and outside vendors Basic
- Qualifications: - 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
- will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
- compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
