Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position serves as a trusted partner to the COO and plays a critical role in supporting firm operations, strategic initiatives, leadership communications, and executive-level priorities.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, exercises sound judgment, manages confidential information with discretion, and enjoys coordinating projects and helping leaders stay organized and effective.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate the COO's calendar, meetings, and priorities.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, retreats, and firm-wide initiatives.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up action items.
- Arrange travel, prepare expense reports, and support executive logistics.
- Serve as a liaison between the COO and attorneys, staff, vendors, and external business partners.
- Assist with operational reporting, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
- Maintain confidential executive and operational information.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
