ROLE: Executive Assistant
REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
LOCATION: Burnaby Head Office (Hybrid)
- We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a
- trusted partner to the CEO and a critical enabler of Senior Leadership Team
- effectiveness. This role acts as an extension of the CEO—managing priorities,
- optimizing decision flow, and ensuring seamless executive and governance
- operations. The Executive Assistant operates with the highest level of
- discretion, judgment, and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

presentations
- Support Board meetings and governance processes with discretion and accuracy
- Anticipate issues, remove obstacles, and ensure leaders are prepared and
informed
