You'll also keep Digital operations running day to day, from setting up domain-based email to handling product teardowns. You'll find and fix issues, improve our processes, and look for ways to make Lumistry's Digital products easier to use and better for customers. The Opportunity
As a Digital Implementation Specialist, you'll build, review, test, and launch the websites and digital products our pharmacy customers rely on. Your job is to make sure every site is accurate, functional, polished, and ready for launch. You'll also keep Digital operations running day to day, from setting up domain-based email to handling product teardowns. You'll do well if you love details, take ownership, and keep work moving without lowering the bar. You'll find and fix issues, improve our processes, and look for ways to make Lumistry's Digital products easier to use and better for customers. Our goal is for every Digital product and service to be delivered accurately, consistently, and at the quality our customers expect.
What You'll Own
Website Delivery and Support
Build and deploy customer websites in Replit, following Lumistry standards, build processes, and customer requirements.
Review completed builds for visual accuracy, layout consistency, and content quality, and make adjustments as needed.
Migrate content, imagery, services, and functionality from customers' existing websites, and resolve anything missing or inconsistent before launch.
Test functionality and responsiveness on desktop and mobile, including navigation, links, forms, integrations, and other interactive elements.
Hold every site to our QA standards while finding ways to improve design, usability, accessibility, and the visitor experience.
Support enterprise and non-enterprise projects, including large-scale website migrations and other Digital initiatives.
- Help create, test, and improve website templates, standards, and build resources.
- Meet production goals, timelines, quality expectations, and SLAs.
Digital Operations and Cross-Functional Support
Create and configure domain-based Google email inboxes for customers during onboarding and ongoing support.
Monitor and complete Digital teardown requests so websites and their associated services are properly disconnected or removed.
Identify and escalate blockers, dependencies, or issues that could affect customer timelines or service delivery.
Monitor your assigned Salesforce queues so requests keep moving and SLAs are met.
Maintain internal documentation and support cross-functional onboarding and training on Digital products and processes.
- Take part in audits, migrations, and special projects as assigned by Digital leadership.

- What You Bring
- Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience creating, editing, or maintaining websites
- Experience using AI-powered tools, and real comfort adopting new technology
Strong attention to detail, with an eye for visual, content, and functional inconsistencies
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, queues, and priorities at once
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and learn new technical tools and processes on your own
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- A track record of meeting deadlines and production and service-level expectations
- Ability to collaborate across technical and customer-facing teams
- Preferred
Experience with Replit and Salesforce
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards, responsive web design, and SEO best practices
Experience in a queue-based or production-oriented environment
Compensation
The approximate range for this role is $58,000 to $62,000, depending on experience and skills.
