HRIS/HCM Implementation Specialist

AlphaGov is seeking an HRIS/HCM Implementation Specialist to support municipal human-resources information system selection, configuration, data migration, and go-live readiness for a city/county HR modernization pursuit.

What you'll do

Lead or support HRIS/HCM implementation workstreams (requirements, configuration, data conversion, testing, cutover)

Map HR processes (core HR, benefits, timekeeping, payroll integration) to system capabilities

• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, finance, and vendor teams
• Produce implementation plans, test scripts, training materials, and go-live checklists

Contribute HRIS/HCM qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned

Required

Hands-on HRIS or HCM implementation experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Ultimate, Dayforce, or comparable)

Public-sector or complex multi-department HR systems background

Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites

Nice to have

• Municipal or county HRIS modernization leadership
• Payroll / timekeeping integration experience
• Change-management or end-user training delivery for HR systems
