Workstyle
You are a high-agency operator that combines speed with professional maturity:
High-Velocity Adaptability: You have a "can-do" spirit and the mental agility to pivot as priorities shift. You are a fast learner who masters new concepts and complex workflows with minimal ramp-up time.
Acute Professional Judgment: You move fast but with a high level of precision. You take pride in being the final line of defense, ensuring all work is vetted, polished, and strategically sound before it reaches a partner or client.

Impact
In this role, you will be the engine behind strategic partner marketing initiatives and enterprise technology partner workstreams. Your core focus includes:
Enterprise Partner Ecosystem Execution: Managing day-to-day marketing workstreams across strategic technology partners and enterprise clients, including AWS, Salesforce, and systems integrators, keeping internal teams and external stakeholders aligned and initiatives moving forward.
Business Development Enablement & Marketing Fulfillment: Serving as the central hub for co-marketing, equipping BD with the materials and marketing support needed to secure partnerships, then owning delivery of the marketing commitments agreed to after signature.
Project & Program Management: Owning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and follow-ups across complex partner initiatives, proactively resolving blockers and adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining speed and quality.
Joint GTM & Demand Generation: Applying B2B SaaS and enterprise technology expertise to execute joint campaigns, webinars, nurtures, events, and integrated programs that strengthen partner engagement and contribute to measurable pipeline growth.

Partner Brand Governance: Maintaining a central source of truth for partner commitments, brand guidelines, logo usage permissions and restrictions, and approval requirements across markets, ensuring teams use current information.
AI Partnership & GTM Execution: Supporting partner marketing for AI products and offerings, coordinating internal teams and partners on joint messaging, marketing deliverables, and GTM execution.
AI-Forward Operations: Using AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate content development, improve organization, and scale partner marketing execution while validating outputs for accuracy and quality.
Operational Inputs & Reporting: Partnering with Operations and Data Science teams to support monthly business reviews, pipeline tracking, and partner performance reporting, using insights to identify improvements and inform future initiatives.
What Success Looks Like
Reliability & Trust: Leadership and stakeholders view you as a force multiplier because you independently deliver polished, high-quality work that requires minimal oversight or revision.
Operational Momentum: Partner marketing workstreams are organized, transparent, and consistently moving forward, with stakeholders aligned and deadlines effectively managed.

Executive-Ready Deliverables: Presentations, communications, reports, and campaign materials are strategic, polished, accurate, and tailored appropriately for enterprise audiences.
AI-Enhanced Execution: You effectively incorporate AI-enabled tools and workflows into your day-to-day execution, improving efficiency, organization, and scalability across partner initiatives.
