Position Summary
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Glo Skin Beauty team to support the US, Pro and International business.
The Brand Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns while leading community-focused initiatives across key audiences. This role will help translate cultural and consumer insights into relevant campaigns, partnerships and activations that strengthen brand relevance and drive growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong skincare and beauty marketer with solid project management skills and can collaborate effectively across teams and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Contribute to campaign concepts and creative development.
- Develop creative briefs in partnership with the VP of Demand Creation.
- Own the day-to-day updates of the marketing calendar and monthly briefs including new product launch campaigns
- Manage day-to-day execution with internal teams and external agency partners including PR and Paid Media
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Development, creative, social, digital, influencer, Pro Channel and international partners to ensure strong execution of brand and product initiatives.
- Drive alignment and timely execution across stakeholders.
- Develop and own Glo's annual and quarterly PRO marketing strategy and calendar.
- Act as the voice of the PRO channel within the broader marketing organization, ensuring professional needs and insights influence brand strategy.
Performance Monitoring And Optimization
- Track performance of brand initiatives and campaigns against defined KPIs.
- Leverage consumer insights and market feedback to identify learnings and optimization opportunities.
- Translate learnings into recommendations for future community and campaign plans.
Brand Guardianship
- Ensure all brand initiatives and campaign plans are consistent with Glo Skin Beauty brand strategy, identity and standards.
- Partner with the VP of Demand Creation and cross-functional teams to protect brand consistency and pro authenticity across touchpoints.
New Initiatives And Innovation
- Identify emerging cultural trends, communities, platforms and partnerships that can unlock new growth and relevance for GSB
- Propose new community led initiatives and activation opportunities based on consumer insights.
Stakeholder Communication
- Share clear updates on brand-led initiatives, campaigns and performance.
- Support the VP of Demand Creation in leadership presentations including three year company strat planning, board meetings and commercialization GTM decks.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners including Paid media and PR.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required. An MBA or a related master’s degree is a significant advantage.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing, ideally within beauty.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to turn consumer insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Campaign Management Expertise: Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and managing project from brief through execution.
- Communication Skills: strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear and compelling briefs.
- Data Fluency: comfortable using data and performance insights to inform recommendations and optimize campaigns.
- Collaboration: strong cross-functional collaborator, able to build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Resilient and resourceful, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Must possess a willingness to embrace change and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Working Conditions
- Hours: Work may occur before/after normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.

Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this role is $ $70,000-$90,000
