About the role
The Customer Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role that is responsible for driving onboarding, expansion, and renewal efforts across PDQ’s suite of products. This role will work cross-functionally to own programs targeting engagement, loyalty, and advocacy, contributing to customer retention and revenue growth.
How you might spend your day
Independently develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs, such as cross-sell campaigns and onboarding efforts, with the direction of senior leadership.
Partner with other marketing teams including email marketing, content marketing, and product marketing to develop and deploy targeted customer marketing campaigns.
Facilitate and host customer marketing events, including cross-sell events, in collaboration with sales and technical product experts.
Proactively report on program performance, providing key insights to senior leadership to inform planning and prioritization.
Build, maintain, and present reports on supporting KPI performance as defined by senior leadership on a regular basis and in a timely manner.
Drive experimentation of new customer marketing opportunities and tactics based in competitive and audience research.
Collaborate with the broader marketing teams on customer marketing needs, such as go-to-market launches and customer communications.
Assist in analyzing data, including product usage, to understand customer pain points and engagement; providing ideas on how to address opportunities for improvement.
We're looking for people who have
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs
