Job Summary
The Digital Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across a portfolio of wine, spirits, and direct-to-consumer brands. This role leads paid media, social media, influencer marketing, digital partnerships, e-commerce activation, website initiatives, marketing technology platforms, agency relationships, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Serving as the digital marketing lead across assigned brands, this position partners closely with Brand Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, Legal, Finance, IT, and external agency partners to develop data-driven programs that deliver against business objectives while optimizing marketing investment and digital performance.
Essential Functions

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and performance data to drive growth.
Advise brand teams and leadership on digital strategy, innovation, and emerging opportunities.
Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across key digital channels, including social, search, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
Oversee audience targeting, campaign optimization, budget allocation, attribution, and ROI analysis.
Manage agency partners and platform administration to ensure performance against business goals.
Direct organic and paid social strategies, content planning, community engagement, and brand governance.
Lead Influencer and creator marketing programs, including partner selection, contracting, compliance, and performance measurement.
Develop strategic partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to increase brand reach and engagement.
Manage digital experience initiatives across brand websites, e-commerce platforms, and retailer programs.
Evaluate and implement technologies that improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through performance analysis and campaign reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. MBA preferred.
6+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, or integrated marketing.
Experience managing multi-brand digital marketing programs and agency relationships.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, social media platforms, emerging digital channels, Influencer marketing and e-commerce marketing. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience managing significant marketing budgets and forecasting processes.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Previous people leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, to include the ability to forge relationships across the organization at a variety of levels.
Strong presentation skills to include the ability to present to management with confidence and clarity.
Experience working with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, IT, Legal, Finance, and external partners.
Wine, beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.

- Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
