As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.

THE TEAM

At Rosewood Calistoga, our Sales & Marketing team brings our estate to life through compelling storytelling, digital innovation, public relations, strategic partnerships, and unforgettable experiences. Working at the intersection of luxury hospitality, wellness, culinary excellence, and destination marketing, the team plays a critical role in shaping how guests discover, engage with, and experience Rosewood Calistoga.

As Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director of Communications with a dotted-line relationship to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing. You will collaborate closely with resort leadership, Operations, Food & Beverage, Spa, Revenue Management, and the global Rosewood brand team to elevate the property's presence and drive commercial success.

YOUR ROLE

As Marketing Manager, you will serve as a steward of Rosewood Calistoga's brand presence, balancing a strong focus on digital marketing and e-commerce with hands-on marketing communications, local public relations, content creation, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.

This highly collaborative role requires both creativity and analytical thinking, combining luxury brand storytelling with data-driven decision making. You will help bring Rosewood's A Sense of Place philosophy to life across every guest touchpoint while driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance across rooms, culinary experiences, and wellness offerings

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Co-lead the resort's social media strategy, creating compelling content and overseeing agency partners, content calendars, and influencer collaborations.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and automated guest journeys that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics to optimize marketing investments and maximize results.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing and communications plans aligned with commercial objectives and global brand initiatives.
  • Support media relations efforts by hosting journalists, content creators, and supporting public relations activations.
  • Drive marketing initiatives that showcase Rosewood Calistoga's culinary and wellness experiences to both resort guests and the local community.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, local activations, special events, and brand collaborations that enhance awareness and market positioning.
  • Coordinate photography and video productions while ensuring all creative assets align with Rosewood brand standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business priorities through integrated marketing solutions and promotional initiatives.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You have 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.
  • You possess a well-rounded marketing skillset spanning digital marketing, social media, website management, content marketing, and public relations.
  • You are a strong storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience creating luxury brand content.
  • You have a refined creative eye and a strong appreciation for photography, video, design, and brand presentation.
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You leverage data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships with colleagues, media partners, agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • You have experience supporting Food & Beverage, culinary, wellness, or experiential marketing initiatives.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • You embrace Rosewood's values and believe in creating meaningful connections through hospitality.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy is reflected in our commitment to honoring the history, culture, and geography of our destinations.
