Put us in the right room, in front of the right people, and we're winning. The story holds, the conversations run long, and that's where our pipeline starts. Your job is to make sure it keeps happening, at scale, with the biggest budget row in our marketing plan behind you.
Field marketing here is two jobs at once. One is keeping twenty balls in the air: contracts, crates, badge lists, founders' calendars. The other is the reason we're hiring you: making a young brand impossible to miss in halls full of billion-dollar logos. We're the challenger with the loud yellow and the sharp story ("Your IAM mess. Cleared away."), and the field is where that comes alive or dies in a 10x10 with a raffle.
About Way
Every large organization has applications its identity stack never reached: legacy systems, homegrown tools, apps that don't speak modern standards. Way connects them to the IAM stack already in place, without replacing it. We are selling to CISOs and Heads of IAM at US enterprises and have some of the best people in the industry working with us.
About the role
Own the field calendar end to end: tier-1 conferences (RSA, Identiverse and friends), private-dinner roadshows across US metros, cocktails and community formats, partner co-events. The 2027 plan is ambitious and funded.
- Every event gets a goal: meetings booked and attended, SQLs, opportunities.
- You have real backup: tell us what you need to succeed, and you’ll get it.
What you'll do
Make Way impossible to miss. An activation people cross the floor for, a moment they photograph, swag that survives past Friday because it's genuinely useful or genuinely funny. If it ends up in a hotel-room bin, well at least get it on video and make it spread like fire…
Run our medium and large events (mostly) on site: target list and invite flow, logistics, booth and budgets, on-site execution, executive prep for the founders… The works.
Work the floor with a question, not a scanner. Fifty real conversations beat five hundred badge scans, and what buyers tell you between sessions becomes next quarter's messaging. The whole team listens when field reports back.
Run the private-dinner program through specialist dinner vendors: you own the brief, the target list, the goal, and the recap; the vendor owns venue and logistics unless you decide otherwise.
Manage vendors and agencies hands-on, and negotiate like the budget is yours. It is.
Work directly with everyone: founders, sales, BDRs, product marketing, GTM engineer, vendors. You own your lane completely, and you know when to just handle it and when to pull in the team.
Requirements
4+ years of field or event marketing in B2B tech, cybersecurity is a plus. You know the cyber events circuit (or who to ask) and what a square foot of Vegas concrete costs.
You've made a small brand look bigger than its booth, and you can tell us exactly how.
You've owned events end to end, including the part after the event, and you can show a recap you actually wrote, one that says what was missed.
Proactive on things big and small. You flag what others miss, chase what's stuck, and never wait to be told.
Detail-obsessed under pressure. Shipping crates, badge lists, dietary restrictions, a keynote speaker stuck in traffic, all at once, and nothing drops.
- Visibly active on LinkedIn. Your own posts fill seats.
- Comfortable working with an Israel-based team: your mornings overlap with our afternoons.
- You're on-site at our medium and large events, with roughly 30% travel in season.
AI tools in your daily workflow for lists, personalization, and follow-up. Our stack assumes it.
