Summary

  • The Sr. Marketing Manager creates, implements, and oversees integrated marketing
  • communications and brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth
  • across multiple sales channels. This includes traditional marketing disciplines
  • such as brand management, packaging, tradeshows, and retail support, as well as
  • digital-first areas including social media, influencer partnerships, content
  • creation, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing.
  • This role will plan and execute both traditional and digital marketing
  • strategies, ensuring consistent brand expression while optimizing engagement
  • across all customer touchpoints. The Sr. Marketing Manager provides leadership
  • to staff and agencies, and works cross-functionally with Category Management,
  • Ecommerce Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Human Resources & Product
  • Development (Engineering). Because this position often extends across different
  • Frandsen Corporation manufacturing companies, collaboration, knowledge-sharing,
  • and alignment of best practices are essential to success

Shift: Monday to Friday; Days

Wage Range: $90,000 - $115,000

  • Base pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including
  • skills, ability and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the
  • specific job. Please note that we do not typically hire at the top of our range.
  • Essential Functions:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
  • able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily.
  • Lead brand management for the portfolio of Miller brands across multiple

channels to strengthen brand positioning and consistency

  • Manage brand campaigns, development, and positioning of all six Miller

Manufacturing brands across retail, and D2C channels.

  • Oversee governance of brand standards across packaging, retail materials,

websites, and digital/social channels.

  • Conduct consumer and customer research to generate insights that inform

both traditional and digital strategies.

  • Manage corporate brand partnerships that build relevance and visibility

across retail and online marketplaces.

  • Drive corporate communications planning to position Miller Manufacturing

positively within our industries and communities.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications

strategies to increase overall brand, company, and product awareness.

  • Execute new product introductions with comprehensive go-to-market plans

spanning retail, Ecommerce, and D2C channels.

  • Manage trade shows / industry events to support customer relationships and

brand presence.

  • Develop omnichannel campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned

channels, blending traditional media with digital-first approaches.

  • Manage shopper marketing programs with Sales team at key accounts, ensuring

consistent consumer experiences both in-store and online.

  • Build and manage partnerships in social media, influencer networks, media

outlets, and sponsorships to extend brand reach and credibility.

  • Manage digital marketing and D2C initiatives to drive consumer engagement and

sales growth across all online platforms.

  • Lead digital demand-generation campaigns supporting Miller’s retail,

Ecommerce, and D2C businesses.

  • Oversee the development of Miller-Mfg.com as a brand hub and D2C sales

platform.

  • Implement advertising campaigns and create content that supports ecommerce

sales across marketplaces, direct channels, and retailer websites.

  • Develop and manage social media strategies and influencer programs that

drive consumer engagement, advocacy, and conversion.

  • Lead email marketing, retargeting, and loyalty communications to strengthen

long-term D2C customer relationships.

  • Lead the development of content to support brand growth, product innovation,

and consumer engagement across both traditional and digital platforms.

  • Create and distribute content including packaging, video, photography,

copy, collateral, and product education tools.

  • Produce social-first content tailored for platforms such as Instagram,
  • Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to fuel brand and company
  • engagement.
  • Enhance the consumer journey by developing clear, engaging content that

highlights key product features and benefits.

  • Develop storytelling content to communicate brand values and strengthen

market position.

  • Create thought-leadership materials such as blog posts, technical articles,

and how-to guides for both B2B and consumer audiences.

  • Partner with Sales to deliver merchandising, in-store POS, and digital

shelf assets that connect retail execution with online messaging.

  • Manage Miller marketing communications specialist, external agencies, and

freelancers to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

  • Oversee workload prioritization, performance management, and professional

development for both internal team members and external partners.

  • Coach and mentor with a focus on building balanced expertise across

traditional and digital marketing skills.

  • Manage reporting and analytics of marketing KPIs to measure effectiveness and

ROI.

  • Track, analyze, and report results across social, influencer, D2C, brand

campaigns, product launches, and retail initiatives.

  • Use insights to continuously refine strategies and balance investments

between traditional and digital opportunities.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):  The requirements listed below are
  • representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to successfully

  • Knowledge, Education, Experience and/or Certifications:
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration,
  • Communications, or a related field and eight or more years of relevant and
  • increasingly responsible marketing experience.
  • Experience with Farm and Ranch chains, animal health and farm supply
  • distributors, national hardware or pet chains, and pet supply distributors
  • is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have working knowledge of Social Media platforms and

management/tracking software.

  • Experience with Graphic Design, Video Editing, D2C Advertising, and Ai

programs and platforms is preferred.

  • On the job training may be required
