North America Marketing Manager
We have partnered with a well-established international company to fill a North America Marketing Manager position. The position is based in Fresno, CA.
Summary of Job Expectations
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
- Lead brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and performance metrics.
- Oversee product strategy, positioning, portfolio management, and lifecycle planning.
- Partner closely with Global Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Drive commercialization of new products, technologies, and services.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development and commercialization.
- Lead media relations and build relationships with industry publications, journalists, and influencers.
- Manage press releases, thought leadership content, executive communications, and public relations activities.
- Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, industry recognition, and brand visibility.
- Oversee social media strategy, digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, and customer communications.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and monitor engagement metrics.
- Develop sales enablement materials, customer success stories, presentations, and collateral.
- Support trade shows, field days, webinars, customer meetings, and industry events.
Summary of Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Communications, Product Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience leading product launches and commercialization programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- $115,000 - $160,000, depending on qualifications
