Enterprise sales runs on relationships, and every tool built to manage them is a database from 2005. Reps lose seven-figure deals because they can't see who actually matters inside an account. About Centralize
Enterprise sales runs on relationships, and every tool built to manage them is a database from 2005. Reps lose seven-figure deals because they can't see who actually matters inside an account. We're building the system of intelligence that replaces the CRM.
Centralize is the relationship intelligence platform for enterprise revenue teams. Companies like Webflow, Decagon, Elevenlabs, Brex, Cognition, and LangChain use us to close their largest deals. We've grown 5x since last year, and customers are pulling us forward faster than we can ship.
We’ve raised a Series A led by NEA, bringing our total funding to $18M+ alongside Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, and operators including Stewart Butterfield (Co-Founder & CEO, Slack), Cal Henderson (Co-Founder & CTO, Slack), and sales leaders from Figma, Box, Dropbox, Anthropic, and Notion.
Centralize was founded by Rachit Kataria, a founding engineer on Facebook Shops who helped scale it to 250M MAUs, and Will Wang, who led the launch of Slack Huddles, the fastest-growing product in Slack's history.
The role
We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to build and own our growth engine. You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead to drive acquisition and conversion across paid, SEO/AEO, our website, and new channels as we grow.
You'll own growth from strategy through execution: identifying the highest-impact opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, measuring what works, and turning those learnings into repeatable programs. You'll also oversee agency partners across key growth channels, setting direction and priorities while getting hands-on in execution where needed.
This is a high-impact role with significant ownership over how Centralize grows. It's a great fit for someone who wants to build the growth function from the ground up, combines strategic thinking with a bias toward action, and is comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
What you’ll do
Build and own our growth strategy across paid acquisition, SEO/AEO, website conversion, and other acquisition channels
Develop channel strategies, identifying the right audiences and opportunities and determining what to test, where to invest, and what to scale
Oversee agency partners across paid acquisition and SEO/AEO, setting strategy and priorities, evaluating recommendations, and ensuring execution ladders up to our broader growth goals
Get hands-on in execution where needed, from building campaigns and landing pages to developing copy and digging into performance
Own our website as a growth channel, continuously identifying opportunities to improve how we turn traffic into signups and qualified opportunities
Build and run structured experiments across messaging, landing pages, calls to action, conversion paths, channels, and campaigns
Develop clear hypotheses and measurement plans so we know what we're trying to learn before launching a test
Dig into performance data to understand what's working, what's not, and what we should do differently
Build and improve measurement across acquisition and conversion, including attribution, channel performance, and funnel metrics
- Identify and test new channels and growth opportunities as we learn what works
- Help establish lifecycle and nurture programs as our growth motion evolves
Turn what works into repeatable, scalable programs and processes as the Marketing team grows
What we are looking for
4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience building growth programs from the ground up and owning acquisition and conversion outcomes from strategy through execution
Hands-on experience building and executing paid acquisition programs, including developing strategy, setting budgets, building campaigns, testing, and analyzing performance
Experience with SEO and/or AEO, including how search, website structure, content, and messaging work together to drive qualified traffic
Experience improving website and landing page conversion and running structured conversion rate optimization experiments
Experience working with and managing agencies or specialized external partners while maintaining ownership of strategy and outcomes
Strong experimentation instincts and the ability to turn business questions into clear hypotheses and useful tests
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to evaluate performance, diagnose problems, and make decisions
Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, and measurement
Strong writing skills and the ability to develop clear landing page, ad, email, and campaign copy
High agency, ownership, and resourcefulness, with the ability to figure out what needs to happen and drive work forward without step-by-step direction
Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where priorities can change quickly
- Experience building growth at an early-stage B2B SaaS company is a plus
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions is a plus
- Benefits
- Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k)
- Parental leave
- Unlimited PTO plus company holidays
- Quarterly offsites
- Equipment stipend
