About Us

At WellnessLiving, we empower health and wellness business owners to turn their passion into thriving businesses. Our mission-critical software supports thousands of entrepreneurs and millions of clients worldwide on their wellness journeys. We’re a customer-first company that values excellence, accountability, and adaptability, and we’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a meaningful impact in the wellness industry.

Our culture is guided by four core values that shape how we work and grow together:

Customer First – We approach every challenge with a deep commitment to our customers’ success and happiness.

Excellence – We hold ourselves to a high standard and strive for exceptional execution in everything we do.

Accountability – We take ownership of our decisions, actions, and results.

If these values resonate with you and you meet the qualifications for this role, we’d love to hear from you!

The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior-level individual contributor who leads through action and sharp product judgment. You will own key product areas end-to-end—shaping strategy, guiding discovery, and collaborating across Engineering, UX/UI, and Customer-facing teams—while mentoring other team members through example.

A successful candidate combines first-principles product thinking with a track record of leveraging AI—whether integrating machine learning into operations, improving internal tooling with AI, or launching customer-facing AI features. You will also quarterback go-to-market (GTM) efforts, working cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

Drive the product roadmap for your domain, aligning initiatives to company objectives and measurable business outcomes.

Identify high-impact opportunities by formulating the right questions, gathering data, and applying first-principles reasoning to complex problems.

Lead full go-to-market efforts for major releases and new products—partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product Training, and Customer Success to craft positioning, pricing, enablement, and launch plans.

Translate strategy into clear requirements: write detailed specs, prioritize interdependent features, and work with Engineering for effort estimates.

Partner with UX/UI to move from low-fidelity flows to polished designs, balancing speed and quality while managing technical trade-offs.

Champion responsible and practical uses of AI—spot opportunities, collaborate with data science/engineering, and define success metrics.

Maintain product plans, backlogs, and documentation so mixed teams can deliver on schedule.

Assess release readiness and raise quality concerns to leadership when delivery does not meet the bar.

Model strong product practices and provide informal coaching to junior PMs on discovery methods, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

Communicate decisions and status clearly to executives, peers, and cross-functional partners throughout the product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (health & wellness, marketplace, or consumer platforms a plus).

Demonstrated success launching AI-powered products or integrating AI/ML into product operations.

Proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for major product launches, including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.

Evidence of first-principles thinking: ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, data-driven solutions.

Strong technical literacy—comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers.

Proven track record of shipping high-quality features in an agile environment and measuring impact with clear metrics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without formal authority.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Why Work With Us?:

Join a passionate, fast-growing team focused on making a meaningful impact in the Fitness & Wellness industry.

Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including vacation and benefits.

Benefit from a flexible remote work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Be part of a collaborative culture that values creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Please note that only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
  • We appreciate you taking the time and look forward to reviewing your application!
