- The Senior Product Manager will own data product strategy, roadmap, and program
- management for a AI products data application, driving its execution,
- day-to-day management, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the
- Director – Revenue Optimization and is responsible for gathering and translating
- business requirements, coordinating product initiatives, and ensuring the
- application is delivered with quality and aligned to business needs. The ideal
- candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a collaborative,
- fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Planning & Requirements
- Own and drive data product strategy, and plan and execute the product
roadmap
- Translate business and user needs into Product Requirements Documents,
creating clear and actionable user stories and technical requirements for
design and development teams
- Develop a deep understanding of application functionality and user workflows
to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements
- Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in collaboration with
cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify user behavior trends or gaps
that could indicate product opportunities or shortcomings
- Program & Project Delivery
- Manage program-level timelines, sprint schedules, milestones, dependencies,
and risks to support successful delivery; communicate project status to
internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, project plans, and
decision logs
- Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and documentation
standards
- Application Support
- Support day-to-day administration of the application, including content
management, user support, and ongoing maintenance activities to ensure a
high-quality user experience
- Perform quality assurance testing across user roles to validate new features
- Coordinate with technical teams to investigate, triage, and resolve user
issues
- Build an aligned strategy to maximize user understanding of the product and
support successful engagement, including user guides, training videos, and
user communications
- Stakeholder & User Engagement
- Develop a strong understanding of the workflows and needs of diverse user
groups to ensure product enhancements effectively address business needs
- Gather, organize, and synthesize user feedback to inform future product
enhancements and backlog prioritization
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and end
users to understand evolving business needs and improve overall user
experience
- Build content for stakeholder engagement and user-facing presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
Work Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
- Experience working with technical products, software applications, or data
products
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into
technical requirements
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and
Asana
- Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical
audiences
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable
communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative
cross-functional relationships
- Organization & Execution
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced
environment
- Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Problem Solving & Initiative
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for
process improvement
- Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies, products, or
business domains
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting web-based or mobile software applications
- Experience with data analytics or product performance KPIs
- Experience implementing AI-enabled features or workflow enhancements
- Experience shaping product strategy for analytics or data-sharing platforms,
- such as data clean room environments, that enable privacy-safe, cross-party
- data collaboration and insight generation
