  • looking for a Principal Product Manager – Technical to own the strategy for the
  • end-to-end Employee Experience, spanning the employee, the Site HR partner, and

  • make it feel like one seamless, trustworthy, and deeply human experience for
  • millions of Amazonians and their families, no matter who you are or how you

  • This is a horizontal, multi-audience strategy role. You will set the multi-year
  • vision for how employees, managers, and HR partners experience Leaves, and you
  • will define the communications strategy that keeps every stakeholder informed at
  • the moment that matters. You will turn a complex stakeholder map, Benefits,
  • Accommodations, HRSC, Legal, and the AI/agent platform teams, into a single
  • coherent roadmap.

Key job responsibilities

  • Set the multi-year product vision and strategy for the end-to-end Employee

Experience across Leave services, spanning the employee, the Site HR partner,

and the manager

  • Own the Manager experience: give people leaders clarity and confidence when a

team member goes on leave, from initial request through return-to-work

  • Own the Site HR experience: equip HR partners with the tools, context, and

workflows to advocate for employees and resolve cases faster

  • Own the Communications strategy: define how, when, and through which channel

every stakeholder is informed, proactive, personalized, and timed to the moment

  • Drive alignment across A to Z, Payroll, HRSC, Legal, and the AI/agent platform

teams, turning competing priorities into a single sequenced roadmap

  • Partner with the Native AI platform teams to reimagine communications and

support as intelligent, proactive, and personalized

  • Define the metrics that prove the experience is improving, reduced
  • touchpoints, faster resolution, higher trust, and lower escalation
  • Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years of technical product or program management

experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic

initiatives

  • Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine

improvements

  • Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders
  • Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your

team products Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working directly with

Engineers on product enhancements

  • Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical

recommendations based on data

  • Experience in HR shared services, IT services, operations and/or compliance
  • Experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical

transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad

functional teams

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies
  • Experience designing multi-audience experiences serving employees, managers,

and HR partners within the same ecosystem

  • Experience defining communications and notification strategies that are

proactive, personalized, and channel-aware

  • Experience in benefits, healthcare, or financial services
  • Track record of using upstream product authority to measurably accelerate team

  • The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
