Now Brewing – product manager, Hospitality + Standards! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

As a Product Manager on the Hospitality + Standards team, you will help shape the products, experiences, and capabilities that enable Starbucks partners to create meaningful customer connections and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. Working across a portfolio of field-facing products that support customer recovery, coffeehouse training, operational standards, and other partner experiences, you will identify opportunities, define scalable solutions, and partner across functions to strengthen customer trust, support operational excellence, and evolve the Starbucks coffeehouse experience.

As a product manager, you will…

Shape products and experiences that support partners and customers – Identify customer and partner needs, define product strategies and solutions, and guide the evolution of products and capabilities that enhance the Starbucks coffeehouse experience.

Drive product direction through insights, influence, and collaboration – Use customer, partner, and business insights to shape priorities, influence decision-making, align cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously improve the experiences and capabilities that support partners and customers.

We’d love to hear from people with...

Influences cross-functional teams to prioritize key brand initiatives and drives alignment with leaders

Facilitates decision-making without having the full picture by thoughtfully balancing risk and uncertainty

Adapts to new or changing priorities to ensure completion for the most important work

Understands current strategy and identifies relevant data and trends that support strategic priorities

Drives and influences decision-making with functional leaders that favors alignment over consensus-building

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
