  • routine transactions into gateways for discovery, engagement, and long-term
  • customer relationships.
  • We are seeking a Product Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of
  • customer experiences across the Fuse product portfolio. In this role, you will
  • partner with engineering, business development, account managers, design, and
  • third-party partners to accelerate execution of member-facing experiences. You
  • will own end-to-end product delivery across onboarding, engagement,
  • experimentation, and partner integrations, translating strategy into shipped
  • results. The team has performed well and is growing, making this a compelling
  • time to join and shape what comes next.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the execution strategy for member onboarding and benefit engagement
  • experiences in partnership with Prime and Prime Video, including defining member
  • segments, personalization signals, and build-or-buy decisions.
  • Lead early-stage experiments with internal Amazon partners, coordinating
  • cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, business development, and
  • operations, then synthesizing results into actionable recommendations for
  • leadership.
  • Drive product and technical proliferation of integration frameworks across new
  • and existing partner launches, ensuring scalability and clear documentation for
  • low-friction adoption.
  • Produce quarterly business reviews, product retrospectives, and leadership
  • review documents, using data-informed analysis to distinguish between output
  • metrics like adoption and outcome metrics like retention and business impact.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, finance, marketing, and legal to align
  • priorities, make transparent trade-offs, and deliver customer experiences that
  • balance growth with operational health.

A day in the life

  • You start your morning reviewing onboarding and engagement metrics to spot
  • trends that inform your next set of priorities. By mid-morning, you are in a
  • design review with engineers, debating trade-offs on a partner integration
  • prototype. After lunch, you draft a product brief for an upcoming experiment,
  • then join a stakeholder alignment session where you build consensus across teams
  • with competing priorities. You wrap up by reviewing customer feedback from a
  • recent launch to validate assumptions and identify what to improve next.

About the team

  • You will join a dynamic Product team within Amazon Fuse that supports each
  • other's development and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for
  • both partners and customers. Fuse builds the products that connect partner
  • ecosystems to Amazon, turning routine transactions into gateways for discovery
  • and long-term engagement. We offer mentorship, autonomy, and opportunities to
  • contribute to our collaborative culture while working on some of the most
  • exciting challenges in partner distribution and AI-assisted design. Basic
  • Qualifications: - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing,

business development or technology experience

  • 1+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)
  • Can show strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred

  • The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
  • will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
  • compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
