  • Engages customers, partners and industry analysts to gather market information

  • products/features, ensuring feature requirements and best practices are met
  • while driving delivery excellence. Acts as an innovation leader within the
  • organization to influence overall strategy and direction of products, driving
  • new feature development. Ensures alignment through cross-functional
  • collaboration, drives business impact across organizations, and oversees success
  • metrics criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) for multiple
  • products/features. Advocates for customers, anticipates their needs, and
  • prioritizes customer issues throughout the product lifecycle. Gathers extensive
  • feedback and aligns product capabilities with customers' business goals.
  • Performs go-to-market activities, recruits and supports early adopters, and
  • tracks product adoption metrics to optimize adoption and user satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own product strategy, requirements, and roadmap execution for Oracle Database

Cloud Services and Multicloud database capabilities.

  • Translate customer, partner, market, and field feedback into clear product

opportunities, prioritized requirements, and measurable outcomes.

  • Define end-to-end deployment, management, migration, availability, security,
  • and operational experiences for Oracle Database services across OCI and
  • hyperscaler clouds.
  • Partner with engineering to validate architecture, guide feature definition,

remove adoption barriers, and drive successful delivery.

  • Lead customer discovery, technical design reviews, proof-of-concept

validation, and early-adopter programs for strategic Multicloud capabilities.

  • Partner with engineering and solution architects to develop repeatable
  • reference architectures, deployment patterns, operational guidance, and
  • technical collateral for customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, customer success, and partners on
  • positioning, launch readiness, enablement, develop incentive programs, and
  • customer adoption.
  • Help shape automation-first experiences using infrastructure as code, APIs,

and DevOps practices.

  • Establish success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and use customer and operational data
  • to continuously improve product usability, reliability, performance, and
  • scale.
  • Research emerging cloud technologies and provide strategic recommendations

aligned with industry best practices and customer needs.

  • US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for
  • bonus and equity.
  • Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for
  • variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as
  • well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
  • Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as
  • well as internal peer equity.

  • assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is

  • working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days
  • annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for
  • subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees
  • working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours
  • per week are not eligible for vacation.
