About the role

As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers. You’ll run high-volume outreach (calls, emails, social), qualify prospects, and book meetings that move deals forward. What you'll do

Prospect and engage job shop manufacturers through outbound calls, emails, and social channels

  • Qualify leads and set meetings for the sales team
  • Build relationships through consistent, value-driven follow-up
  • Run discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points
  • Keep CRM records clean and accurate

Hit and exceed weekly and monthly outreach goals

What We Are Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (SaaS or manufacturing a plus)
  • Comfortable running outreach, live calls, and discovery conversations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Resilient, motivated, and comfortable working in a high-activity environment
  • Strong cold calling mindset — not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
