805title is growing our sales team in Orange County and we're building it with one type of person: producers. Not potentials. Producers.

What's the opportunity?

Account Executives at 805title represent one of the most differentiated products in the title space. We don't compete on "great service," everyone says that. We compete on strategy. We give real estate agents tools and tactics that help them win more listings, convert more buyers, and build a brand that doesn't look like everyone else's. That's a completely different conversation with a Realtor, and it works.

Your job is to open new accounts with real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and brokers across Orange County and turn them into Power Partners: clients sending consistent, recurring business.

What you'll actually do

• Run 1 to 3 agent appointments per day (strategic, discovery, and presentation)
• Execute a daily Hour of Power for prospecting, follow-ups, and NDC outreach , protected time, no interruptions
• Review your pipeline every Friday. Preview your week every Sunday.
• Build and grow a roster of Power Partners (5+ orders in a rolling 180 days)
• Track your pipeline, orders, and income in LYTI, our proprietary analytics platform, in real time

Who we want

• 1 to 2 years in any professional sales role , title, mortgage, home warranty, pharma, payroll, fitness, or any field where you were accountable to a number and delivered
• Someone who knows how to get in front of decision-makers and stay top of mind
• A closer who follows up, shows up on time, and doesn't need their hand held
• Comfortable being accountable to results because your commission sheet never lies

• People who "used to be good" and are coasting
