  • Actively manage the sales pipeline to maintain a consistent flow of new business into GM.
  • Collaborate with GM B2B and B2G business units to support customer success, solution adoption, and sales expansion.
  • Provide ongoing customer and market feedback to GM B2B and B2G business units to inform future product enhancements.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining effectiveness.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to understand the audience, convey messages clearly, present information effectively, and communicate openly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization while working comfortably with ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM account management applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
